Only the highest quality unopened bud leaves are picked for this tea from mid March to early April. Carefully chosen leaves which have not been damaged by insects or weather conditions are selected. This tea produces a mild, aromatic, slightly hay-like flavour which also has a high concentration of antioxidants.
