Following century old traditions, Pu-Erh are teas whose leaves after fermentation are re-hydrated to enable a further fermentation; they are called post-fermented (aged) teas. After production, our teas are stored in the ground for at least eight years. The dark to light brown leaf develops a strong, spicy and earthy taste with a woody flavour. The infusion has a dark red colour.
