The production method is a closely guarded secret, where the tea master relies on instinct to stop the oxidation process at exactly the right time. Yellow tea is comparable to an oolong which is half fermented. Our unique quality has an open, multi coloured leaf with bronze, golden brown and green shades. The cup, a unique colour of apricot and the taste is mild with a hint of Papaya and an underlying spiciness.
