The word chamomile comes from ancient Greece, 'Chamomaela' and means 'ground apple'. It has been used in herbal medicine for thousands of years by the ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans.

Chamomile has earned its reputation for not only its calming and soothing properties, but is also great at helping with migraines and is generally good for your digestive system.
