One of the most popular teas in China, the classical technique has been known in China for over a century. During the night, Jasmine blossoms open and release their fragrance, this is when the production method takes place as the tea absorbs the fragrance of the Jasmine blossoms. This process is repeated over sevaral nights. Our China Jasmine tea has a few blossoms remaining which yields an intense, flowery Jasmine taste and scent.
