Black Tea Infusion
Black Tea Infusion is a tea drink made by placing a flavouring ingredient to black tea. At London Tea Exchange there are a vast number of black tea infusions. Infusion meaning by definition when hot water is poured over plant matter, such as dried leaves, herbs or berries then waiting for a period of time which is called ‘steeping’, then removing the plant matter before drinking. Black tea infusions are becoming very popular as daily beverages of choice and are perfect as a hot or cold beverage.
